Postage and Packaging


We offer free carriage on orders over £400 on wholesale orders. The cost of carriage for orders under £400 will be advised when your order is confirmed but are generally shared with you at 50% of the cost of the transport. Do remember that we not only offer good prices on Equal Exchange and Buchanan’s products but that these can usefully be ordered to bring you total up to £400 and get free carriage.

Item Availability


Most of our items are in stock. Any availability delays over a day or two will be notified to you by email and you will be able to cancel the order if necessary. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us on 0141 887 2882. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us on sales[at]justtradingscotland.co.uk or by phone before placing an order and we will check the current availability of any given item. While all of our items are readily available, occasionally there may be delays, especially during the busy Christmas period or when awaiting delivery of a container. One of our staff will email you within two working days should the estimated delivery time be delayed by more than a week, and will proceed with the order as normal or cancel and, where necessary, refund all money should you wish us to do so. We believe in good customer service and will always keep you informed.



Delivery Times


Items are generally dispatched within 3 working days. Deliveries are not normally made on Saturdays or Sundays. We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but if you are in urgent need of an order or need it for a specific day, please email us on sales[at]justtradingscotland.co.uk or phone us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.



Returns Policy


Our returns policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions. In general, all sales are final.

Shipping Bands

Remember shipping is free if the order is £400 or more

For wholesale shipments, as consignment weights and volumes vary considerably, we will advise you of shipping costs when your order is confirmed. Please feel free to enquire by email or phone for shipping prices if you need that information before you order. We will do our very best to give you accurate information.
