Prices
Wholesale prices do not include VAT. Recommended Retail Prices are VAT inclusive.
Returns
All sales are final. If items are damaged in transit, please contact us by email or phone as well as taking the matter up with the carrier.
A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 2 days of your ordering, providing the item(s) ordered have not been dispatched from our warehouse, but a small charge may be incurred due to payment service transaction fees where a pro-forma invoice has been issued.
In the event of incorrect supply of item(s) by us to your order, please contact us by phone or email to arrange for the return and refund of the mis-supplied item(s). Such item(s) should be returned to us in their original condition.
Whether items(s) are returned in "original condition" is to be decided solely by Just Trading Scotland but we adopt and ethical and pragmatic approach to this decision.
If item(s) are returned without being adequately packaged or in any way as to make them liable to being damaged in transit, AND Just Trading Scotland Ltd deems that such damage has occurred, such item(s) will be deemed to have not been returned in their original condition and Just Trading Scotland Ltd can refuse any refund.
Receipt of the item(s) is deemed to be the date on which the carrier used says or shows that they delivered the item.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
Contract Formation
A contract will be formed between you and Just Trading Scotland Ltd for the sale of any items when goods are dispatched to your order. Title to the goods supplied to you will not pass to you until payment is complete. Payment will be deemed complete at such time as Just Trading Scotland indicates via email that your cheque or other form of payment has been cleared by Just Trading Scotland's bank. Any email confirmation as detailed in this section will be deemed complete and to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the confirmation email is sent, regardless of whether or not the email is received.
Any contract can be cancelled by Just Trading Scotland Ltd at any time at their sole discretion and all monies paid in respect thereof will be refunded.
Customs, duties and taxes
All duties, taxes and any other payments whatsoever incurred in relation to the importation of goods from Just Trading Scotland to another country will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.
